Celebrating a Summer of Learning and Growth at Ware River Consulting

It’s hard to believe summer is coming to a close, and with it, we celebrate the successful completion of our first internship at Ware River Consulting! This summer, we had the pleasure of working with Tony Martinez, whose contributions have been invaluable to our team.

Tony’s internship learning experience included a dynamic blend of finance, accounting, and human resources. He quickly became proficient in data analysis, creating impactful visual representations of our performance metrics. His research into vendor pricing and contractor decision-making was instrumental in developing competitive bids.

Tony's HR focus included salary analysis and the creation of pay scales for tribal clients. This work demonstrates a keen understanding of the unique needs of our clients. Additionally, his exposure to accounting principles and processes provided a solid foundation for his future career.
